Winter is a hard time for photographers. You have what feels like is a never ending busy schedule in the fall and then it just dies off and you sit around wondering when you will get out and photograph again!! You guys remember Lauren’s Cinderella Disneybound session! It was time to put our heads together for another session, we were both needing something creative to do so we decided on a Peter Pan themed session. Lauren found this GORGEOUS green velvet dress (that she sells in her shop) and we started with the boy who doesn’t grow up, then we did a Tinker Bell look and then lastly a Mermaid because Lauren is basically a mermaid in human form if you don’t know. We decided to make the drive up to Tibble Fork Reservoir which is honestly one of the most pretty locations around! In the winter the reservoir freezes over and so you can walk out onto it and explore which is super fun! I think it was perfect for what we needed with these outfits. We honestly just had too much fun with these photos. It was such a beautiful, sunny and actually quite warm day and there was plenty of fresh, white snow to really make that green dress stand out. I’m sure this won’t be the last time you see Lauren on here because it’s too much fun not to do these sessions with her!
