When Kenzie’s mom reached out to me about doing senior photos, I was so thrilled! Kenzie was in Young Womens when I was a leader in our ward and I have grown to just adore this beautiful girl. Kenzie is not only a naturally gorgeous girl but she is also super funny, athletic and talented and she just lights up a room when she walks in, she is pretty special. She specifically requested some kind of graffiti/murals so we found this location in downtown Salt Lake City that had all kinds of spots to give her a really good variety in her gallery. I really loved all of her outfit choices with different colors, she can pretty much pull off any look and can anyone say “serious hair envy”? Cause that girl has hair for days and I can’t even imagine having long beautiful hair like that! Kenzie is going to college in the fall to start working towards becoming a teacher just like her mom. I am super proud of this girl and for her determination to get through graduating during a weird time like Covid-19.

One thing I like to make a point of at all of my sessions is that if there is something specific you want, I am happy to capture it. Kenzie wanted a photo of her eyes rolled back (last photo), you betcha I’m gonna do that weird stuff if asked (within reason, of course) The point of it is that it’s important to me to make sure you are heard with what you want captured. I hope you trust me enough to know what is going to work and look good but I always ask if there is anything you specifically need captured because this is all about YOU!
